Ingredients:
- 500g ground lamb (preferably with some fat)
- 1 small onion, finely grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Flat metal skewers(optional wood)
Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine ground lamb, grated onion, garlic, red pepper flakes, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated.
- Shape the mixture around flat metal skewers, pressing firmly to adhere.
- Preheat the grill or barbecue to medium-high heat.
- Grill the kebabs for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through and nicely charred on the outside.
- Serve hot with grilled vegetables, fresh herbs, and flatbread or rice.
