Ingredients:
- 2 cups thick strained yogurt (Greek yogurt works well)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh mint, finely chopped (optional)
- Salt to taste
- Dried red pepper flakes or paprika (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine yogurt and minced garlic.
- Stir in olive oil, chopped dill, and mint if using.
- Season with salt to taste.
- Mix well until smooth and creamy.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to let flavors meld.
- Before serving, drizzle a little olive oil on top and sprinkle with red pepper flakes or paprika if desired.
- Serve cold as a dip or side dish.
