Ingredients:

  • 2 cups thick strained yogurt (Greek yogurt works well)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint, finely chopped (optional)
  • Salt to taste
  • Dried red pepper flakes or paprika (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, combine yogurt and minced garlic.
  2. Stir in olive oil, chopped dill, and mint if using.
  3. Season with salt to taste.
  4. Mix well until smooth and creamy.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to let flavors meld.
  6. Before serving, drizzle a little olive oil on top and sprinkle with red pepper flakes or paprika if desired.
  7. Serve cold as a dip or side dish.
