Ingredients :
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1 teaspoon instant yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 200g ground lamb or beef
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1/2 bunch parsley, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges (for serving)
Instructions :
- In a bowl, mix flour, yeast, salt, and warm water to make a soft dough. Knead well and let it rise for about 1 hour.
- In another bowl, combine ground meat, onion, tomatoes, parsley, garlic, tomato paste, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Preheat oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Divide the dough into small balls, roll each ball into a thin circle on a floured surface.
- Spread the meat mixture evenly over each dough circle.
- Bake on a hot baking tray or pizza stone for 8-10 minutes until crispy and cooked through.
- Serve hot with lemon wedges.
