Ingredients:
- 500 grams lamb meat (cubed)
- 2 tablespoons butter or clarified butter (ghee)
- 1 large onion (finely chopped)
- 2 green peppers (sliced)
- 2 tomatoes (peeled and chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- Optional: 1 teaspoon dried thyme or oregano
Instructions:
- Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
- Add the cubed lamb and cook until browned on all sides.
- Stir in the garlic, green peppers, and tomatoes. Cook for about 10-15 minutes until vegetables soften and meat is tender.
- Season with salt, black pepper, paprika, and optional herbs. Mix well.
- Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for another 10 minutes to blend flavors.
- Serve hot with rice or fresh bread.
